Twilight, RiffTrax version — 9

I don’t get Twilight, I watched it a lot of times mainly when I had my serving job at Studio Movie Grill where I must have seen the movie a ton of times. I never read the books, but from what I saw in the movies, I don’t want to read the books. Frankly I hate this movie and the way that whats-her-name Author lady thingy changed vampires. Stand in the sun, and instead of disintegrating, they get all glittery. Most vamps don’t kill humans for food, they are ‘vagitarian vamps’ oh whoops, I mean vegetarian. After all whats the fun if there is no death?

So I found RiffTrax. Or i should say that a friend of mine, Stewart told me about it a long time ago and I finally decided to try one. Basically its all the cast from Mystery Science Theatre 3000. They give you an audio clip that you play while the movie is going on. So its basically MST3K for actual ‘good’ movies, not crappy sci-fi movies.

Now i cannot remember laughing this hard in a movie, ever. There really was no alternative for the amount of one-liners the the RiffTrax crew can pull out of their ass at any given moment. And because of it, it actually makes this movie tolerable to watch now. I will always remember a few parts of it, especially when the main characters are just sitting there staring at each other the RiffTrax crew constantly yells “line!” And that’s in a lot of parts in this movie.

All in all RiffTrax knows how to make a movie entertaining, even if it is a dung-heap. I suggest to everyone to at least try a RiffTrax on a movie that you don;t like at all, and then tell me that the movie is not watchable after the fact.
